2. Products & Inventory

All Japanese mini trucks (kei trucks) listed on our website represent actual inventory or sourcing opportunities. Vehicle conditions are described accurately to the best of our knowledge. Photos may show representative examples of the make/model.

  • All vehicles are sold as-is unless otherwise stated in writing
  • Mileage is reported in kilometers (km) as shown on Japanese odometers
  • Street legality varies by state — buyer is responsible for verifying local laws
  • Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice

3. Purchasing & Payment

  • A deposit is required to reserve a vehicle
  • Full payment due before vehicle ships or is released
  • Accepted payments: bank wire, ACH, credit card (fees may apply)
  • All sales are final once the vehicle ships or title transfers

4. Import & Delivery

  • Import timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to shipping variables
  • Buyer assumes risk of loss during ocean transit (insurance available)
  • JPM Mini Trucks is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues
  • Delivery to all 50 US states and Canada available

5. Warranties & Disclaimers

All vehicles are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, unless a written warranty is provided separately. JPM Mini Trucks makes no representation regarding street legality in any specific jurisdiction.

6. Returns & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable once a vehicle has been reserved or imported. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

JPM Mini Trucks’ total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific vehicle in dispute.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

9. Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
