Return & Refund Policy

All Sales Final

Due to the specialized nature of Japanese mini truck imports and the costs involved in sourcing, purchasing, and shipping vehicles, all sales are final. We strongly encourage all buyers to:

  • Review all photos and descriptions thoroughly before purchasing
  • Ask questions and request additional photos or video before committing
  • Research street legality in your state before buying
  • Arrange an independent inspection if desired (we support this)

Deposits

  • Deposits are non-refundable once a vehicle has been reserved, purchased at auction, or imported on your behalf
  • If we are unable to source your requested vehicle, your deposit is fully refunded

Exceptions

We will issue a full refund if:

  • The vehicle delivered is significantly different from what was described (major undisclosed damage, incorrect year/model)
  • The vehicle is destroyed or lost in transit (insurance claim process applies)
  • We are unable to complete the import due to regulatory issues on our end

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 48 hours of vehicle delivery for any quality concerns:

  • Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a written description
  • Our team will review within 3 business days

Parts & Accessories

  • New parts: 30-day return if unused and in original packaging
  • Electrical components and manuals: non-refundable once opened
  • Shipping costs for parts returns are the buyer’s responsibility
